As Associate Producer and Scrum Master at Trivium Interactive, I led the 3D pipeline and software production team for the development of "Stepping into the Prairie," an immersive, interactive exhibit at the Flint Hills Discovery Center, where I also led the complete sound design to enhance the realism and immersion of the experience. This captivating experience allows visitors of all ages to explore and interact with a dynamic tallgrass prairie ecosystem that progresses seamlessly through four seasons and realistic day-night cycles.
My responsibilities included coordinating cross-functional teams of 3D artists, animators, developers, and designers, managing agile workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, interactive content. Visitors engage physically with the exhibit—running, jumping, and gesturing—to trigger responses from diverse prairie wildlife and vegetation, fostering an engaging educational journey that emphasizes conservation and environmental awareness.
Additionally, I oversaw the creation of the "Paint the Prairie" interactive component, where children design personalized prairie animals via touchscreen interfaces. Under my guidance, the software team implemented technology enabling visitors' creations to instantly animate within a vibrant digital prairie landscape, encouraging creativity and deepening visitor connection to the prairie ecosystem.
Through effective leadership, agile methodology implementation, and meticulous production management, my contributions ensured a seamless, memorable, and educational experience, enhancing visitor appreciation for the delicate balance and importance of the prairie environment.
